At Stress Dollz, we are dedicated to ensuring your new companion reaches you safely and efficiently. We believe in transparency throughout the shipping process. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipping Processing Time

We handle every doll with care. All orders are processed within [1-3 business days].

Please note the following regarding our processing schedule:

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or federal holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during a new collection launch), shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

To keep things simple and reliable, we currently offer Standard Shipping for all orders.

Please note: While we strive to meet these estimates, delivery times are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to seasonal carrier volume, extreme weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Locations

Stress Dollz currently ships domestically only. 

Order Tracking & Confirmation

You don't have to wonder where your doll is. Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically become active within 24 hours of shipment.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

Stress Dollz is not liable for any products lost, damaged, or stolen once they have been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.

  • If your package arrives damaged: Please save all packaging materials and the damaged goods. Take clear photos of the damage and contact the shipment carrier or our support team immediately so we can assist you in filing a claim.

  • If your package is lost: Please contact the carrier using your tracking number before reaching out to us, as they will have the most up-to-date information on the driver's route.
